Goodco Advisory is the consulting practice of Karl Goodman — a founder, operator, and investor based on the NSW Mid North Coast. The work is informed by what's actually been built and exited, not theorised in a slide deck.

Recent operating history includes co-founding and exiting a high-performance sports and rehabilitation business in Sydney, building software products for the gym and clinic industry, and managing a personal property portfolio focused on regional NSW. The advisory practice translates that work into engagements for other owners and operators.

Engagements are deliberately limited. The intent is small numbers of clients, deep involvement, and outcomes that materially change the trajectory of a business or portfolio.
